What we collect
- Account: email, name, address.
- Operational data: temperatures, energy, pump status.
- Technical logs: IP, browser (anonymized via our first-party analytics).
Why
- To deliver the service and display reports.
- To improve the service via anonymized stats.
- For billing and support.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hej@therilly.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools on therilly.com:
- An in-house, first-party, anonymous visitor analytics system that's always active — no cookie is set, no third party gets access to the data.
- Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure visits. It's off by default and only activates if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Choosing "Necessary only" means no cookie-based analytics run.
Neither tool is used for profiling or targeted advertising.
Sub-processors
The following third parties process personal data on our behalf, or receive data as part of the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication, EU data centers.
- Vercel — hosting for therilly.com and the app, EU data centers.
- Resend — transactional email and contact form delivery.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — anonymized visitor stats, only with your consent.
- Qvantum, Daikin — heat pump manufacturer APIs, used to read and control your connected pump.
- Nordpool, Tibber — electricity price data used to calculate savings.
This list is updated as new sub-processors are added, e.g. when card payments launch.
